Coverage
We ship to two regions, and between them they take in the country:
Peninsular Malaysia – every state is served.
East Malaysia – Sabah & Sarawak are served.
Processing
Your order is prepared here before a courier ever sees it, and two things happen at that stage:
Packing time – we have your order ready within 1–3 business days; weekends and public holidays are not counted in that.
Dispatch notice – the moment the parcel goes out, a confirmation email reaches you carrying your own tracking information.
Delivery
How long the journey takes depends on where you are; the table below sets out the windows we work to:
Service level – overnight and next-day delivery are not something we offer at this time.
Accuracy – read those windows as estimates: courier operations, seasonal holidays or extreme weather can each stretch them.
Charges
Getting your order to you costs you nothing in the ordinary course:
Free shipping – standard delivery fees are waived, because we would rather that value stayed with you.
One qualification – where a bulk or specialised promotional order applies, a fee may still be worked out at checkout from total weight and destination.
Tracking

Handover – once your order sits with one of our courier partners, an email or SMS comes your way with a tracking number and a direct link.
Live view – that link follows the package in real time, from the depot to your door.
